Take the I-5 exit, Chuckanut Drive and Old Fairhaven Pkwy, head West towards the bay on Old Fairhaven Pkwy. Continue straight to the intersection of 12th St. Core Physical Therapy is in the 12th Street Square Building on the right hand side, on the corner of 12th Street and Old Fairhaven Pkwy. ( where Stanellos Pizza used to be ) Go through the light, down one block and take the first right into our parking lot. There is a ramp or stairs that will lead you to the front of the building.
